The highest points correspond to the summits of the Alfàbia Mountains and reach over 1000 metres high. Furthermore, the central area of the municipality is made up of the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. The main points of interest include the Commune of Bunyola, a publicly-owned farm carpeted with Mallorca´s largest expanse of pine and holm oak trees, which extends for over 800 hectares.
The municipality´s main waterways are the torrent of Coanegra, where Es Freu spring is located, and the torrent of Bunyola, which empties into Gros Torrent of Palma.
The church of Sant Mateu of Bunyola, the exquisite gardens of Alfàbia and Raixa and the hamlet of Orient are recommended visits.
