Located in the district of Es Pla, Lloret de Vistalegre is a traditional, agricultural village. Popularly called Llorito, the municipality broke off from Sineu in 1924. The terrain in the municipality is characterised by rolling hills. Its highest point is Mount Ses Alforjes, which rises to just 200 metres. Traditionally devoted to agriculture and cattle breeding, farmland continues to occupy most of Lloret de Vistalegre´s surface area. Among its typical products are figs, protagonists of the fiestas of Es Sequer.

The church of la Mare de Déu de Loreto, the farmsteads of Son Joan Arnau and Son Gelabert, Jurà and Es Pou wells and Can Beato and En Poleo windmills are the municipality´s most relevant features.

Lastly, a stroll around the Commons of Lloret, a farmstead that dates back to the thirteenth century, is a must. This public area is an excellent way to get to know the wealth of nature that can be found in the municipality.
